For managers MasterPlan is especially useful because the manager can now be held accountable for their team’s performance.
Won’t it take a long time to use this everyday?
No. In fact most users report 5 – 15 minutes of daily use. Since the average employee according to national statistics wastes nearly 2 hrs per day, isn’t it worth 5 – 15 minutes per day to get those wasted two hours back? Will I have to buy everyone a computer?
No. Since all users who log in have their own unique username/password, they can share a common workstation with no problem. They can also use their smart phones or iPads.

And if you choose, we can set the program up for you, using best practice templates for each job that we’ve developed over the last 10 years of working with some of the best small businesses around. The time required from you as an owner is just 1-2 hrs per week.
How can I afford a bonus system? We don’t pay bonuses now!

Yes. There is no tool on earth that can turn dishonest people honest. But, that said, it would be pretty easy to see if someone were lying in MasterPlan™ – because not only does it record when, where, and how an action was done but also what outcomes resulted. We recommend a merit based scoring privilege that rewards consistency and performance.
Do I have to sign a long term contract, are their cancellation fees, are there hidden fees?
No. The subscription is month to month. There are no cancellation fees or any fees besides the subscription fees.
Is MasterPlan™ Encrypted to protect eavesdropping?
Yes. We use high-grade 256-bit encryption.
